My Airsoft Journey in Japan

One of the early groups I played with was Team Apache which had a mix of younger and older players. The leader of the team was really cool and had a wicked sense of humor. He always made fun of Jackal-san which he didn’t like but I always found hilarious. He nicknamed him Erokkal-san combining the word for horny with jackal. Most of the guys were chill except some of the younger players who wanted to do gun training like they were Chris Costa or something. This one dude was way too serious trying to go over shooting drills and stances. Me and Jackal were like we just want to play some games my guy.



Also took my buddy Rich out for his first outdoor game with this team. It was at a smaller field than Ayase but there was lots of close range shootouts. Rich’s Famas looks really compact but at the those ranges was pretty effective that day. Love it when he flips out the built in bipod on the F1 version of his gun. So useless in game but good for taking photos of our gear! Games are longer outdoors and you really have to use your sneaking abilities to the max. Rich’s speciality was going all Solid Snake where he would lay perfectly still and enemies would walk past him. Surprise close range Famas blast!
